We are working on more reporting metrics that provide our exec team with more insights into the inner workings of the company. These reports are very time-consuming and can be difficult to update. We would like to semi-automate this process and lower the amount of time to create and produce these reports.
Create a 'Dashboard' using Google Data Studio or a similar product to provide execs with key metrics for the department. Current Key Metrics: Number of IT tickets resolved over a set time period (1 month) Comparison of tickets from the previous year at the same time Time saved using Automation vs Manual Tasks *Budget vs Actual Costs in IT
Currently, this report takes well over an hour to produce, would like to bring that time down by 50%.
