1. I create clarity out of chaos and confusion: I am excellent at distilling key technical (AI) and business concepts and then delivering this information to diverse audiences. 
2. I excel in teaching and training individuals and organizations to connect the dots and see the big picture between technology, market growth, strategy, and change management. 
3. I love to create content using cutting-edge research. In my writing, I first focus on the landscape and then zoom in on the issue or challenge we face as individuals and organizations. 
4. I research, preach, and practice change management. Learning organizations must be masters at change management. Otherwise, learning is just a goal on paper. The same is true for individuals! 
5. The Future of Work is complex, challenging, uncertain, and frankly, crazy at this moment in time. I am interested in the enormous impact of AI on people and societies. 
6. Ethics matter. AI Ethics absolutely matters. This is not about writing impressive guidelines alone. This is about getting in the weeds and facing our ethical dilemmas with courage.

What do I worry about?
The power of AI to transform and disrupt lives, living, love, and health - everything we take for granted today may not be available tomorrow - the joy of working, writing, thinking, being challenged, connecting with people, and being creative. AI can take over everything that adds value to our lives. I worry about how wealth inequality will reach a breaking point.
