About
Experienced community educator and mobilizer working from a multigenerational approach in the field of early childhood development, parenting education, public health, and immigration related services for newly arrived immigrants. I believe a whole-person approach and trauma informed care is essential to provide quality care and culturally sensitive service to diverse populations.

My approach includes respectfully holding space for individuals sharing their personal narratives and guiding them toward self-empowerment. I utilize motivational interviewing skills, parallel processing, and critical thinking to support my clients in making positive life changes. I believe open communication and vulnerability are two, of many, powerful tools in transforming the way we see ourselves, build community, and implement meaningful systemic change.

My passion for dismantling the stigma around mental health in the BIPOC community and beyond is a life-long journey. Let's work together and bring to life creative initiatives that expand access to mental health services for all!
