About
I am in my sixth year at Stevens Institute of Technology pursuing a dual degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management. I have a strong passion for applying my complex engineering and professional background to projects across various fields. Throughout my undergraduate education, I performed research across various labs on campus. Including the Maritime Security Center and KurtLab. These experiences taught me the skills I have today with working in teams on difficult engineering topics.

Professionally, I have interned as an engineering intern at Kinesys Automation, a company that designs and builds custom manufacturing equipment, for two summers. There, I designed a manufacturing line for a company in Auberndale, Florida, and also constructed an alternate palletizing drive mechanism. Aside from this, I currently work as a graduate teaching assistant for an undergraduate engineering course that teaches entrepreneurial thinking.

One of my most proud accomplishments, however, is my role as a social entrepreneur. Upon the passing of my grandmother to coronavirus, I started an online business dedicated to turning negativity into positive action. Here, I used my grandmother's leftover yarn and knitting materials and turned them into finished products. These products were sold through my online shop and all profits were donated. As demand increased, the shop expanded. As of today, I have raised over $3,000 for various organizations.
