 You will contribute to the ongoing development and shipping of new features that enhance the effectiveness, engagement, and overall value of the Gritty platform. This includes work related to both the recruiting experience (for job seekers and employers) and the learning experience (for early-career professionals and universities). 
Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required
You’ll collaborate with product leads, engineers, and designers to:

  • Support the design, testing, and release of platform features that improve user experience. Projects that you will lead include:
    • 1:1 Coaching Marketplace 
  • Explore the integration of AI components to streamline recruiting, learning application, feedback, and career coaching workflows. AI project that you will lead include: 
    • AI Career Coach 
    • AI Sales Scenarios 
    • AI Workplace Scenarios 
  • Assist in product QA, bug tracking, and UI/UX refinement to ensure seamless functionality across web and mobile interfaces.
  • Analyze user data and feedback to guide continuous product improvement.
  • Participate in agile sprints, product demos, and strategic planning meetings with founders.

 
Project Synopsis: Expected Results
 By the end of the internship, you’ll gain experience in: 
  • Product management and agile development cycles.
  • Working with AI-based and data-driven features in a real-world SaaS product.
  • Building scalable technology products that bridge recruiting and education.
  • Collaborating across design, engineering, and business teams in a startup environment.
  • Contributing to a platform used by leading companies such as Stryker, Johnson & Johnson, and Zimmer Biomet.
