Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity
SFHAX The Workplace Community™ is a group of labor market participants organized around an enterprise level Internet-based Labor Exchange. The goal of this project is for students to develop a business plan for vertical market household workers, utilizing the system. 

The corporate partner for this project is Rich Cornell.  After working for others, he found that he had the resources to build the core of an enterprise level computer system. The result is SFHAX The Workplace Community™ which combines his education in economics with experience as a project manger for a major International consulting engineering firm. Rich is also a proud alum of Stevens (Class of 1973)!  
Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required
Key activities for this project will include, but are not limited to:

1.  Review https://www.sfhax.co/ website to understand how SFHAX The Workplace Community Training System software works.  

2. Review work done in previous Capstone Projects to identify Households in Essex and Hudson County as a potential market.

3. Prepare a Business Plan that identifies marketing strategy, market potential and funding needed to start.  Be prepared to present plan to potential investors to raise funds to start.  
Project Synopsis: Expected Results
The final deliverable will be a complete business plan, ready to be presented to potential investors by end of semester.
