Pride Action Tank, an incubator of transformative ideas and solutions for the LGBTQ+ community, is marking its tenth anniversary with an opportunity to reflect, refine, and reimagine how its programs deliver impact. As the organization expands its aging and health equity work, there is a need for a sustainable strategy to ensure LGBTQ+ older adults and all LGBTQ+ people  have access to inclusive, culturally competent care—and that the organization can measure, evaluate, and advocate for that access with rigor and clarity. 

This project invites a student team to partner with Pride Action Tank to develop a robust data strategy and an aging services access framework. In the first phase, students will design a cross-program impact measurement approach that centers equity and lived experience. In the second phase, they’ll apply those insights to build a strategic roadmap that identifies service gaps, highlights best practices, and advances policy and care models for LGBTQ+ aging populations.
