| Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity | We need to upgrade out organization's website. It mostly works well but is older and clunky. The look and feel is mostly good, just need to be upgraded and cleaned up so it is easier and more intuitive for people who are not very savvy, which is a large part of our population.

| Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required | One of our biggest goals is to add an online learning platform of some type that could house videos and course transcripts. It would also be great to have some sort of chat function is case those accessing the material have questions for the instructor. The donation page is a gravity form. It is not very inspiring in its current state. More intuitive course registration.

| Project Synopsis: Expected Results | Easier course registration process. A nicer donation portal. Just easier to get around! Fewer calls from people who don't understand how to access course registration.
