The challenge is to streamline and enhance the partner onboarding process for student projects at CapSource.io. We aim to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that industry partners can seamlessly integrate their projects into our platform.
Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required
To achieve this, we will
  1. Assess the current onboarding process, 
  2. Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. 
  3. Develop a user-friendly interface to guide partners through project submission, leveraging ChatGPT to provide real-time assistance and answer queries. 
  4. Create an automated validation system to ensure project submissions meet the specified criteria.
Project Synopsis: Expected Results
Project success will be measured by:
  • A reduction in onboarding time (We aim to cut the onboarding process duration by 50%)
  • Increased partner satisfaction (Achieve a partner satisfaction rate of 90%)
  • A higher number of quality project submissions (See a 20% increase in project submissions. )
These measurable results will indicate the successful integration of ChatGPT into our scoping process, ultimately benefiting both CapSource.io, our industry partners, as well as our academic partners and their participating students.
