Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity
Our organization is currently facing financial challenges, especially related to financial sustainability. Until 2022 we were maintained by the Anga Group, but with changes in the business strategy, the transfer of resources to maintain our operations was extinguished.
In this sense, we need to revise our business model and create a financial sustainability plan to attract and access external sources of resources, whether through donations, partnerships, sponsorships, or international and national investment funds.
Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required
- review of the business model
- structuring of the fundraising plan
- mapping of international funds
Project Synopsis: Expected Results
We understand that we will succeed in this project when we can at least structure our new business model, which was previously based solely on donations from its maintainer to an independent fundraising model.
