Challenge: 
We currently pratice, design and produce an exceptionally broad range of project typologies: print (book, magazines, books), digital (web and motion), and environmental (signage, wayfinding and exhibition) across the worlds of art, architecture and fashion. Very few businesses succeed when they are a generalist, and so determining how we articulate, speak and communicate our practice is rather challenging.

A desire is to shift what has predmoniately been B2B to B2C to bring more of our work to the public eye.

Opportunity:
The above challenge also is our opportunity: we have a broad range of business verticals that can be leveraged.
Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required
  • Research within graphic design, and design at large for small to mid-size range firms
  • Research within the three sectors of architecture (boutique firms), fashion (couture labels) and art (blue chip art). 
    • Architecture firms: Herzog, OMA, REX (Current client), 
    • Fashion: Acne Studios, Prada, Nike
    • Art: PACE Gallery, MoMA, 
  • Research in niche press we should be found in
  • Suggested activations and/or spaces we should be found in that we are currently not
  • Improved coordination of written language with visual ouput
