| Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity | With the ever-changing market for talent the importance of benefits and compensation is becoming more and more competitive to attract and retain talent. The question is how extreme a company must go to attract and retain the talent they need. What is today’s talent looking for when joining a company and more importantly what are they looking for to stay. We are looking for the students to conclude what a competitive compensation package looks like. What benefits are attracting talent and what are the compensation ranges needed in specific roles.
