Hi!

My name is Joseph Guitian and I am pursuing a dual Master's degree in Business Administration and Applied Artificial Intelligence at Stevens Institute of Technology. I also have received a Bachelor's of Engineering in Computer Engineering at Stevens. I am an AI and technology consultant based in New York City with over four years of experience building and scaling data driven software products and services for startups and growth stage businesses. I specialize in multi tenant SaaS architecture and connecting large language models to real world business processes. I have been professionally working with artificial intelligence and machine learning since 2022, and have been experimenting with AI as a hobby since 2018.
 
On top of my passion for AI, I also have a strong interest in entrepreneurship, consulting and leadership. Most recently, I led development and growth strategy at EnergeX AI, where I architected and deployed a multi tenant AI voice platform that handles tens of thousands of phone calls per month while improving telephony costs and gross margins for enterprise clients. I also consult for small businesses like GenAIx and GatsbyDeals on AI strategy, CRM automation, analytics, and cost optimization. At GenAIx, I helped broker partnerships with already established players in the space and led agile development cycles in cross functional settings. On the consulting end, I focus on identifying practical AI use cases and bridging the knowledge gap between executives and the engineers who implement these systems.

I also work as an independent contractor, with experience adopting AI and software in numerous industries already: healthcare, legal, ecommerce, sports, construction, architecture, entertainment, food service, and fintech. 

Ultimately, I use my passion for artificial intelligence to bridge the gap between business leaders and technical teams. I can sit with an executive team, listen to their goals, then work with engineers to shape the right solution, explaining each side to the other in clear language. I help nontechnical stakeholders understand how AI works and how it can be applied to their business through my use of strong communication, real world instincts and hands on technical skills.
