OUR MISSION: 
To support Hoboken public schools by elevating and enhancing the public education experience through private funding.

OUR OBJECTIVES:
  • Strengthen and enrich the Hoboken public education experience by supporting innovative and meaningful programs.
  • Encourage the involvement of parents, community members and local businesses to generate a spirit of local enthusiasm for our individual schools and our district as a whole. 
  • Provide a vehicle to facilitate tax-deductible contributions for the benefit of our schools.

About Hoboken Public Education Foundation

The Hoboken Public Education Foundation (HPEF) is a parent-led and volunteer-based non-profit organization raising private funds to support innovative and impactful initiatives within the Hoboken Public School District. HPEF has raised $3 million and funded more than 100 initiatives since its inception in 2015 inception. The proceeds raised by HPEF fund initiatives across the Hoboken Public School District schools: Brandt, Connors, and Wallace Elementary Schools; Hoboken Middle School; and Hoboken High School. HPEF is proud to fund valuable initiatives in various areas including innovative and hands-on learning programs, college preparation, technology, special needs programming, and more.
