Sixteen years ago, Five Star Life embarked on a journey to fight the silent epidemic: the student dropout rate. 7,000 kids were dropping out of school every school day based on the Department of Education’s figures. Five Star Life’s mission is to change the face of education. Research shows that at the core of each person’s success or failure is a mindset. Research also shows that kids drop out because they do not value education and ultimately do not value themselves.  Five Star Life attacks this root issue by infusing our proprietary curriculum that teaches kids how to develop successful mindsets which is the beginning of their transformation.

By partnering with schools throughout the country, Five Star Life is changing the face of education by changing the mindsets of kids and culture inside school buildings. Since our journey began, the data has proven Five Star Life’s effectiveness in affecting change in the lives of kids throughout the country. With Five Star Life’s social and emotional learning Video Curriculum as the driving force of all programming, we are serving over 17,000 kids annually. Research shows that kids who participate in Five Star Life see academic increases, better school attendance, and less behavioral issues. We accomplish this by infusing the Video Curriculum in all programming that addresses the sources of negative mindsets. These programs include: Five Star Life’s proprietary Video Curriculum, Five Star Life Leadership Club, Leadership Camps, Day Trips, and Summit Programming (equine, nature education, archery) at Five Star Life’s 300-acre leadership training facility, Teacher Trainings, and 5 Star Life Sports.
